These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in driving tours and related services (“Services”) provided by [On The Road Driving Tours Ltd] (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or participating in any Service, you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
Hold a valid and current driver’s license recognized in the tour location.
Be physically fit to operate a vehicle.
Meet all insurance and verification requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of [X%] is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due [X days] before the scheduled tour.
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Bookings are not transferable without written consent from the Company.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
By Participant:
More than X days before tour: Deposit non-refundable; remaining payments refunded.
Within X days: No refunds.
No-shows: 100% cancellation fee.
By Company:
We may cancel or modify a tour due to:
Weather conditions
Vehicle availability
Safety concerns
Operational issues
Circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel, participants will receive either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled tour date
If we modify a tour, participants will receive either:
A rescheduled tour date or route
Option to transfer deposit or payment to another future tour
No compensation is provided for travel costs or other expenses.
4. Identification & Security Deposit
Participants may be required to provide:
Government-issued ID
Valid driver’s license
Proof of insurance (if applicable)
Valid tourist visa (if applicable)
Failure to provide required documents may result in denied participation without refund.
5. Participant-Owned Vehicle Insurance
Mandatory Insurance Requirement
Participants must maintain valid and sufficient insurance coverage on their own vehicle, including:Comprehensive coverage
Collision coverage
Liability insurance meeting all legal requirements of the region
Any additional coverage required for driving or tour activities
Proof of Insurance
Participants may be asked to provide proof of current insurance before the tour begins.Responsibility for Damage
Participants are fully responsible for:Any damage to their own vehicle
Damage caused by their vehicle to other vehicles or property
Any mechanical failure resulting from the tour
Costs related to towing, recovery, or transportation of their vehicle
Company Liability
The Company assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or mechanical issues involving participant-owned vehicles, whether occurring:On public roads
On private routes
During tour-related driving activities
In parking or staging areas
Vehicle Suitability & Inspection
Participants must ensure their vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition.
The Company may deny participation if a vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the tour.
6. Driving Rules & Conduct
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructions provided by tour guides and staff.
Comply with local laws and speed limits.
Maintain safe driving behavior at all times.
Avoid:
Reckless driving
Racing other vehicles
Drifting, burnouts, or stunts
Sudden lane changes
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairment
Violation may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
8. Safety
Safety briefings are mandatory.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Participants must inform staff of any medical conditions that could affect safe driving.
The Company may remove any Participant who poses a safety risk.
9. Personal Property
The Company is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
Items left in vehicles
Damage to clothing or gear during the experience
10. Photography & Media Release
By participating, you grant the Company permission to:
Take photos and videos
Use such media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes
Publish media on websites, social media, and print materials
Participants may request removal of identifiable images where legally required.
11. Tours, Routes & Hotels
Routes and hotels may change due to weather, road closures, safety considerations or operational needs.
12. Assumption of Risk
Driving a car involves inherent risks, including:
High-speed travel
Road hazards
Weather conditions
Mechanical failures
Actions of other drivers
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that the Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages unless caused by Company negligence.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service.
14. Code of Conduct
The Company may remove any Participant for:
Abusive or disruptive behavior
Harassment of staff or other participants
Violating safety policies
Being under the influence
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [United Kingdom], and any disputes shall be resolved in [United Kingdom].
16. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms apply to all bookings made after the revision date.
17. Acceptance
By booking or participating in a tour, you acknowledge that you:

Accept all associated risks
